WFRE's Conrad Departs: Connoisseur WFRE/Frederick, MD afternoon co-host Dave Conrad has exited after two decades with the cluster. Recently named PD/afternoon personality Andy Webb (CAT 4/7) will host the daypart solo moving forward. Conrad joined in 2000 and has held various on-air and promotions positions throughout his tenure. He plans to take the summer off and assess his future plans.
