Schmidt Happens: Sony Music Publishing/Nashville Sr. Dir./Creative Dane Schmidt is leaving after more than four years to launch his own company, Daschent. “Sony was the place where I could go and learn and take that knowledge and build something for myself, and that’s what I’m going to do,” Schmidt shares in his video press release here.
