Huey Lewiston & The News: McVey Entertainment KMOK/Lewiston, ID has dropped its "Outlaw 106.9" branding and re-launched as "Canyon Country 106.9." The move comes as McVey closed its purchase on the station from former owner Ida-Vend. Former KMOK PD/morning host Carie Lynn has exited for a job outside of radio. Taking over for Lynn is Matt Dangerfield, who had been handling mornings at sister AC KVTY. The rest of the station remains music intensive with future plans for additional talent.
