Say Waugh? Streamsound regional Tyler Waugh has been upped to Dir./National Promotion and Lytle Management's Denise Roberts joins for the West region as Steve Pleshe exits. The moves come on the heels of last week's hire of Teddi Bonadies as VP/Promotion (Breaking News 6/2). Waugh joined the label last year (CAT 4/29/13) and has prior stops at Arista/Nashville, RCA/Arista/J, Roadrunner and BMG Distribution.
