Dokke Joins Expanding Play It Again: Former Curb/Word SVP/GM Ryan Dokke has joined Dallas Davidson's Play It Again publishing company as CEO, and the company is adding label and artist management divisions. Davidson – a much-awarded songwriter with six CMA Triple Triple Play awards to his credit – founded Play It Again in 2015. The roster currently includes Kyle Fishman, Warner/WMN artist Trea Landon, Justin Wilson, Tommy Cecil and PIA's first two label signings Walker Montgomery and Dylan Marlowe. Dokke left Curb in April after six years (CAT 4/17) and has prior stops at Arista, Clear Channel and Citadel.

“Growing Play It Again Music is something I’ve been planning to do, but I needed the right partner to lead it," Davidson says. "From the first time Dokke and I met, I knew that he had the right passion, vision and knowledge to take PIA Music where it needs to go. Among other things, he brings an incredible energy to the company." Adds Dokke, "PIA is an entrepreneurial company at its core. The vision is simple: work with incredible artists and songwriters and help to create value and opportunities around the songs and music they are creating. Music comes first."
