That'll Do, Big: At a press conference in Nashville this morning (6/15), Garth Brooks and TuneIn launched "The Big 615," the first station from the previously announced partnership with Sevens Radio Network. Brooks officially introduced – as noted in Hot Air (CAT 6/1) – host Storme Warren, PD Bob Richards, MD Monta Vaden and industry relations consultant Maurice Miner. "There's a reason 'sevens' is in the title," Brooks said, hinting that among the stations to follow will be one focused on classic country and another centered on the women of country that he called, "BABE ... bad-ass bitches of entertainment." TuneIn CEO Richard Stern noted the live, global launch makes the station available to more 80 million listeners in 122 countries simultaneously. Listen here; watch Brooks discuss the station on ABC's Good Morning America (6/15) here.
