Department Of Justice: Marshalltown KXIA/Marshalltown, IA PD/morning host JD Justice will join Midwest KTCO/Duluth, MN as Brand Mgr./morning co-host, effective July 15. He succeeds Justin Henriksen, who left for Stephens/Yakima, WA last month (CAT 5/22). "We are excited to get someone of JD's caliber to help us continue to build the best Country station in the Twin Ports," VP/MM Shawn Skramstad tells Country Aircheck. It is a return to the state for Justice, who previously worked with Skramstad at KEEY/Minneapolis in the '90s. Justice joined KXIA in 2016, and his previous career stops also include WLLR/Quad Cities, IA; KFGE/Lincoln, NE and WBWN/Bloomington, IL. Reach him here. No word from KXIA on plans for the position.
