2024 Country Radio Hall of Fame Induction
Famous Friends: "It all would've read very well on a tombstone," said Country Radio Broadcasters' President's Award honoree Scott Borchetta of his career and near-fatal accident during last night's (6/19) Country Radio Hall Of Fame Induction And Dinner. "But I'm still here. I'm still fucking here."
Also there were the 2024 inductees — Mike Moore, Jim Robertson, Meg Stevens, Cody Alan and Tom Mailey, who accepted on behalf of himself and Pat Still, who is battling cancer. "Radio is eminently perishable, and, if it is done right, it finds a way into an audience and community and counterintuitively becomes something opposite of perishable," said Mailey. "It becomes downright enduring." Read a full recap of the event in Monday's (2/24) Country Aircheck Weekly.
