Binnie Way The Wind Blows: Binnie/Upper Valley GM/Team Captain Heath Cole has been elevated to VP/Programming for the company with Country oversight including WNHW/Concord, NH; WXLF/Manchester, NH; and WTHT/Portland, ME. He succeeds Stan Bennett, who will leave July 10 after 25 years to run his own group of stations. “[Heath] brings years of knowledge in radio programming, operations and sales,” says Pres. Massimo Rosati. “We love promoting from within, and this is the perfect example of that.” Adds Bennett, “Starting as a part-time announcer in 1994 and leaving as VP/Programming is something I’m very proud of and highlights Binnie’s commitment to advancing their employees.” Cole joined Binnie in 2019 after 13 years as Dartmouth Dir./Broadcasting. His previous career stops include Nassau/West Lebanon, NH and Vox/West Lebanon, NH. Reach Bennett here and Cole here.
