WUSN Morning Show Departs: As reported earlier via Breaking News, Entercom WUSN/Chicago morning co-host Katie Bright has left after less than a year. Additionally, morning host Jason Pullman has also exited. “Today, they’re executing a new plan, and I wish them well,” Pullman tells Country Aircheck. The pair were named for mornings last July (CAT 7/17/19) with Erin Creedon (CAT 7/25/19) and Scotty Kay (CAT 8/22/19) joining shortly thereafter. According to the station website, Kay has transitioned to afternoons, which was helmed by Kasper until his departure in April amid company-wide cuts (CAT 4/2). Creedon remains with the station's programming team.

Before returning to radio, Bright spent seven years with Warner/WMN where she served as Dir./National Radio & Streaming Promotion (CAT 6/28/19). Her prior career stops include WAXX/Eau Claire, WI and WSIX/Nashville’s The House Foundation. Pullman served as iHeartMedia WUBL/Atlanta morning host for nearly 10 years before his departure (CAT 1/24/19) and previously handled afternoons for Alternative sister KYSR/Los Angeles. Reach Bright here and Pullman here.

Midday personality Drew Walker is temporarily on-air from 7am-1pm CT and APD/MD Marci Braun is handling 1pm-3pm CT. VP/Programming Todd Cavanah and Braun are seeking a more permanent replacement in mornings. Interested candidates should send résumés and airchecks to Cavanah here and Braun here.
