Raggs Time: Radio veteran and stand-up comedian Robbie Raggs will join Mississippi Broadcasters' WOKK/Meridian, MS for afternoons, effective July 15. He fills the vacancy created when MD Christina Andrews segued to mornings earlier this month (CAT 6/12).
