Get Tack To Where You Once Belonged: Former Emmis WLHK/Indianapolis APD/morning host Joey Tack will join Cumulus WIVK/Knoxville in mornings July 11. He fills the vacancy created by Tuesday's departure of Tony Randall and Kris Rochester (CAT 6/28). “Many of my proudest achievements occurred in Knoxville: marriage, fatherhood and a wonderful 15 years of creating great radio," Tack tells Country Aircheck. Adds PD Rich Bailey, "[Joey] has a relentless desire to be involved in his community and to make a real difference in people’s quality of life, something that sets WIVK apart." It is both a return to the market and reunion with Bailey for Tack, who previously spent 15 years with Summit Rhythmic WKHT, where Bailey served as OM until his departure in 2019.
