Big Machine Music GM Mike Molinar has been promoted to President. Concurrently, VP/Publishing Alex Heddle has risen to SVP and Sr. Dir./Royalties & Finance Grayson Stephens has been upped to VP. Molinar continues to report to BMLG CEO/Chairman Scott Borchetta; Heddle and Stephens report to Molinar. "[Molinar's] leadership, vision, artist relations and song sense are unmatched,” Borchetta says. “We are also acknowledging the outstanding work and accomplishments of [Heddle and Stephens] as they continue to power the Machine to new heights.” Molinar has led the publishing house since its 2011 inception; Heddle joined 10 years ago and Stephens joined in 2017.
