The Dr. Will WX-See-L You Now: Great Plains WIBL/Bloomington, IL PD/afternoon host "Dr." Chris Michaels is joining Midwest WXCL/Peoria as Brand Mgr. It is a return to the station for Michaels, who previously served as on-air talent and Brand Mgr. from 2006 until he joined WIBL last year (CAT 8/14/18). The role has been vacant since Midwest acquired the station from Alpha (CAT 5/22). Michaels' departure leaves an open opportunity at WIBL where Market Mgr.
