Twinning: Gemini XIII has acquired United Stations Radio Networks (USRN). Gemini XIII was formed in 2021 by CEO Spencer Brown, formerly CEO of Dial Global Radio Networks, and COO Charles Steinhauer, formerly VP/Operations & COO of Dial Global and Westwood One. "We will be able to build on current successes and existing sales infrastructure to immediately grow and make Gemini a destination for producers, advertisers and sponsors," says Steinhauer.

USRN CRO Erik Romero remains as Head/Sales, and SVP/Content & Affiliation Stefan Jones remains as Head/Network. EVP/Programming Andy Denemark, Mgr./Affiliate Sales Ralph Riley and Exec. Dir./Brand Partnerships Neil Barry remain in their respective positions. USRN's Country programming includes Katie & Company and Broadway & Friends.

Confirmed to have exited is Mgr.& Editor/Country Margy Holland, who had been with the company since 1999. Reach her here.
