Former Monument Records VP/Promotion Luke Jensen has been named VP/Promotion for Lost Highway and Capitol Records Nashville, which will utilize a shared promotion team. Additionally, former Monument Dir./Regional Promotion Megan McCaffrey joins as Dir./Regional Promotion, with additional team members to be added in the coming months. Lost Highway was revived earlier this year (CAT 4/15), and Capitol launched as a new imprint distinct from its earlier Universal Music Group Nashville incarnation in May (Breaking News 5/13).

“It was a no-brainer for us to invest in a best-in-class radio promotion team from the outset given radio’s powerful audience reach,” says Capitol Records Nashville Pres. Candice Watkins. “We’re proud to welcome Luke and Megan, and we’re confident in the value they’ll bring to our artists.”

Prior to Monument folding in April (Breaking News 4/2), Jensen had been with the label since 2021 (CAT 7/8/21), arriving from the Arista Mgr./Midwest Regional Promotion position, which he held since 2015 (CAT 9/9/15). Previous stops include Blaster, KVOO/Tulsa and WSOC/Charlotte. McCaffrey joined Monument in 2023 from the Capitol Coord./Promotion position (CAT 4/3/23). Prior to joining Capitol in 2021, she worked for Live In The Vineyard. Reach Jensen here and McCaffrey here.
