Up All Night: Steel City KFKF/Kansas City PD Dale Carter has enlisted 30-year radio veteran, voice actor and co-owner of Great Wall Studios Jacqui Lucky to handle music news reports on his morning show. The move comes in the wake of Nashville Kat's recent departure from the industry (CAT 6/20). Lucky, the former midday host at Steel City's KCKC/Kansas City, is looking to expand her "Nashville Spotlight" reports to additional stations. Reach her here.
