Dreamcatcher Staffs Up, Adds Publishing Arm

Dream Team: Former Jonas Group Entertainment CEO Phil Guerini joins Dreamcatcher Management as a Partner, focused on the development of artist Callista Clark. Also new to Dreamcatcher are former A&R consultant Megan McLaughlin, who joins as day-to-day manager for Clark, and former freelancer Chelsea Giberson, who will oversee social media and marketing for the company. Charlie Dean continues as Head/Promotion (CAT 9/27/22).

Additionally, Dreamcatcher CEO Powell Hedley joins forces with Built Music founder Matt Payne to launch Tonight We Make History Publishing, with admin by Sony Music and Clark as their first signing.

Guerini joined Jonas Group in 2021 following time as Radio Disney GM and Disney Channels Worldwide VP/Music Strategy (CAT 5/19/21). He spent more than 28 years with The Walt Disney Company, including overseeing Radio Disney Country prior to its shuttering (CAT 12/3/20).
