Derald-'Woody'-Johnson24.jpg Knock On Wood: Radio veteran and former WCOL/Columbus, OH morning co-host Derald "Woody" Johnson comes out of retirement to join crosstown North American WJKR for afternoons July 22. He succeeds OM John Crenshaw in that daypart. Johnson retired from radio in 2021 (CAT 12/17/21) after working at WCOL since early 2000 (save for one year spent outside of the industry), most recently handling the shift remotely after relocating to Las Vegas. He will do his new show from Vegas "90% of the time," according to Crenshaw. Reach Johnson here.
