Matthews joined with the stations' flip to Country in 2022 (CAT 4/18/22) from Alpha/Dayton, OH, where he served as OM, Country WCLI PD and Rhythmic Format Captain. He joined Alpha in 2018 (CAT 2/1/18) after more than 13 years with iHeartMedia, where he rose to SVP/Programming for the Cincinnati market.
