Rocky Mountain Hi: As reported earlier via Twitter and Facebook, former KUPL/Portland APD/MD/afternoon personality Keola will join Lincoln Financial's KYGO/Denver for afternoons early next month. He succeeds longtime KYGO afternooner Paul Donovan, who in May announced plans to leave the station (CAT 5/25). Keola was most recently PD at KUPL's Hot AC clustermate KBFF, responsibilities he assumed last year (CAT 5/25/11). Prior to his time in Portland, he was MD/afternoons at then-Country KBWF/San Francisco; other career stops include Seattle, Kansas City and Hawaii, where he was born and raised.
