Hot (Palmetto) Air: No official confirmation from iHeartMedia, but Country Aircheck is hearing that Dir./Country Programming for the Kentucky/West Virginia division, Rachel Elliot, has added oversight for WEZL/Charleston, SC and WCOS/Columbia, SC as well. Elliot was named to her current post in February (CAT 2/20), arriving from the company's Rock WEBN/Cincinnati, where she was Digital PD and air personality, as well as an iHeartCustom national talent focusing on Country and Rock. Her Kentucky/West Virginia duties include WAMZ/Louisville, WBUL & Classic Country WBUL-HD2 /Lexington, WSEK & Classic Country WSEK-AM /Somerset, and West Virginia stations WTCR /Huntington, WOVK /Wheeling and WNUS /Parkersburg.
