All I Wanna Be Is Herman: CBS Radio EVP/Operations & New York MM Scott Herman has been promoted to the newly created position of COO and will continue to report to President Andre Fernandez. CBS Radio Market Managers will now report to Herman. "He understands CBS Radio's vision for the future and will provide strength to our senior leadership team as we move forward with a variety of key growth initiatives," says Fernandez. Herman joined the company in 2003 as EVP/Eastern Region; he rose to EVP/Operations in 2007. Prior stops include programming positions at News stations in Philadelphia and Chicago. CBS Radio/Philadelphia MM Marc Rayfield, whose responsibilities include oversight of Country WXTU, has been tapped to take over NYC MM duties. No word on plans to replace Rayfield in Philadelphia.
