One third of members will turn over every Dec. 31 starting in 2021. According to Adams CEO Ron Stone, the first Board meeting will take place next week for organizational matters and to approve a business plan. A conference call with everyone that has signed up will follow. "The IBA will be running at full speed in August," says Stone.
