Dakin has also given Portland, OR, OM Ross MacLeod added day-to-day programming responsibilities for KUPL. Meanwhile, KBAY MD/afternoon personality Emily Harlan has added middays on KUPL, succeeding MD Jamie "J.T." Tanchyk, who recently segued to afternoons at Top 40 sister KBFF (CAT 7/6). Harlan had most recently been doing weekends on KUPL, and previously tracked nights there.
