Hot Air: No official word, but Country Aircheck has learned former Midwest AC WJXB/Knoxville personality Jennifer Johnsey will join crosstown Cumulus WIVK for middays, effective Aug. 12. She succeeds Nikki Thomas, who exited earlier this month (CAT 7/3). It is a return to the station for Johnsey, who previously handled overnights from 1998-1999. Her prior stops include then-AC WKZX/Knoxville and WMYL/Knoxville.
