Benefit News: Miranda Lambert's MuttNation-Tractor Supply Relief For Rescues Fund has made donations totaling more than $300,000 to help more than 20 animal shelters and supporting organizations in Texas, New Mexico and New Jersey that were impacted by floods earlier this month. Lambert and Parker McCollum are also spearheading an Aug. 17 benefit concert to raise funds for Texas flood recovery (CAT 7/18).

BlackHawk and The Outlaws (a band that shares frontman Henry Paul) have donated $50k each to Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center and MusiCares. The Vanderbilt donation went to its Van Stephenson Memorial Cancer Research Fund, named for the late BlackHawk founding member.
