Show Stopper:
Following the RAB and NAB decision to cancel the 2020 Radio Show convention, originally set for Sept. 13-16 in Nashville, and replace the in-person gathering with an online event (CAT 6/3), the annual Marconi Radio Awards have been suspended. “NAB is accomplishing great things with virtual events, but we feel the NAB Marconi Radio Awards is more conducive to an in-person event, and we look forward to holding them at the 2021 Radio Show Sept. 21-24 in New Orleans,” NAB Dir./TV-Radio Awards & Events Tobi Davis Hall tells Country Aircheck.
