Gerry Mandering: As reported via Breaking News, former WSIX/Nashville morning host Gerry House has been named as the lone Country representative to the National Radio Hall of Fame’s class of 2023. He becomes just the eighth Country format inductee after a career that included more than 25 years in mornings at WSIX, interrupted by stints at WSM-AM/Nashville and KLAC-AM/Los Angeles. House won four CMAs, seven ACMs and one Marconi for Personality of the Year. He was inducted into the Country Radio Hall of Fame in 2009 and the NAB Hall of Fame in 2011. House will be honored at the 2023 Radio Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Nov. 2 at the InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel. Tickets here.
