Kim Possible: Cox Media Group Pres. Kim Guthrie will be named CEO of the new CMG once regulatory review processes have been completed and the transaction between CMG and Apollo closes. Cox Enterprises will retain a minority stake in the new company, maintaining the Cox Media Group name and its Atlanta base (CAT 6/26). Guthrie joined Cox in 1998 as VP/GM for its Long Island, NY radio group rising through the ranks before being named to her most recent post in 2016 (CAT 9/26/16). In her new role, Guthrie will lead the group that includes radio, television, CoxReps and GAMUT.
