Cash Back: Former Cox KWEN/Tulsa morning co-host “Natalie Cash” Lefler is joining crosstown iHeartMedia KTGX as MD/Digital Lead/afternoon personality Aug. 9. She succeeds Houston Gaither, who joined Sony/Nashville in June (CAT 6/2). The move reunites Cash with KTGX PD Karla Cantrell, who hired her at KWEN. “I hired Natalie from Vegas years ago and am thrilled that I have an opportunity to work with her again,” Cantrell tells Country Aircheck. Cash exited KWEN in April after 10 years (CAT 4/26). Her prior stops include KHYI/Dallas and KWNR/Las Vegas. Reach her here beginning Aug. 9.
