Diary Delay: No official comment from Nielsen, but a memo to subscribing stations obtained by Country Aircheck states that due to a "data processing issue," the company has indefinitely delayed release of the remaining Spring books for two-book per year markets, scheduled to be released through August 9, as well as July CDM reports, the release of which was scheduled to run from August 13-23. Next week's PPM releases are unaffected.
