Kruse Retires: Beasley WKLB/Boston midday host Carolyn Kruse announced she will retire at the end of August after 31 years with the station. "Thank you for always being there; listening, requesting and showing up, it’s been an honor," she shared on social media. Kruse joined the station from WCTK/Providence shortly after it went Country under previous WBCS call letters in 1993. Hear her farewell here. No word on plans for the shift.
