Siriusly Free: SiriusXM announced its new "Free Access" plan, an ad-supported in-car subscription plan that includes The Highway Free and Y2Kountry Free. While the plan does not require credit card information, it is not transferable, only available on eligible radios and will be permanently deactivated if not used at least once every 60 days.
