Morgan Ballin': Monticello WCYK/Charlottesville, VA morning host Tom Morgan has been named PD/afternoon host at Saga Classic Country WSIG/Harrisonburg, VA. He replaces Dave Anthony, who exits after a year (CAT 8/23/22). Morgan started his second stint with WCYK in 2016 (CAT 3/14/16) following a four-year run ending in 2010.
