The new class of CMA’s Women’s Leadership Academy includes: Spotify's Jackie Augustus, Boom Music Group's Shaina Botwin, producer Sara Foster, CMT's Melissa Goldberg, WME's Morgan Kenney, Activist Artists' Anna Kolander, Sticks Management's Olivia Laster, Back Blocks' Rakiyah Marshall, CmdShft's Morgan Mills, SMP's Courtney Pender, CAA's Karen Schillinger, Electric Feel's Chandler Nicole Sherrill, MCA's Shana Melissa Saunders and WCM's Christina Wiltshire. The 12-week program kicked off today (8/4) and will include weekly group coaching, peer connection and hands-on leadership training.
