Emmis/New York Interim MM Charlie Morgan has been named SVP/MM for the three-station cluster, which includes Rhythmic WQHT, Urban WBLS and Gospel WLIB-AM. He'll also have oversight responsibilities for Indianapolis, where Radio One executive Chuck Williams replaced him as SVP/MM yesterday (Morgan's career in radio spans more than 30 years. He joined Emmis in 2009 as as SVP/MM of its Indianapolis cluster, which includes Country WLHK. That post followed nearly 22 years as VP/MM at Susquehanna's crosstown group (now Cumulus), which includes Country WFMS. He's also President of the CRB Board of Directors. Congratulate him here.
