Reve-News: Audacy has reported Q2 2024 net revenue of $301.6 million, up 1% from the prior year's $298.5. Radio revenue decreased 3% while digital increased 12%. Adjusted EBITDA was $31.1m, up from $14.4m. Urban One has reported Q2 2024 net revenue of $117.7 million, a decrease of 9.2% from the prior year's $129.7m. The company had an operating loss of $60.4m for the quarter, compared to an operating income of $9.7m in the same quarter in 2023. Adjusted EBITDA was $28.4m, down from $37.5m last year. "We are starting to see a significant uptick in political advertising revenues, and remain optimistic for the remainder of the year, which should benefit both our radio and digital divisions," says CEO/Pres.
