Former Elektra Dir./A&R Dilan "Hef" Ames and Play It Again Mgr./Label Services Alyssa Ramsey have joined Hey Now Records as VP/Artist & Repertoire and Dir./Artist Development, respectively. Ames will continue to be based in Los Angeles, and Ramsey in Nashville. "['Hef'] is a big believer that getting involved early can accelerate the creative process, in addition to identifying the audience and growing the passion factor from the earliest moments," says Pres./Co-Founder Kris Lamb. "In today’s fast response world, Alyssa’s diverse experience allows her to consider the best ways to develop talent from many perspectives." Ames' prior experience includes time at Alamo Records and 10K Projects. Ramsey joined PIA in 2021 and rose to her most recent position in 2023 (CAT 7/18/23).
