Heads Carolina: Former Guaranty/Baton Rouge PD/afternoon co-host Abby Leigh will join Curtis WQDR/Raleigh as APD/MD/midday host Aug. 21. She succeeds Heather Davis, who resigned in April (CAT 4/20).
