Rocky Mountain Guy: Veteran rock and pop promoter Mark Niederhauser has been hired as Manager/Southwest Promotion for Warner Music Nashville. Niederhauser's label background includes Mercury, Sony, Virgin, Geffen and, most recently, Wind-up. He'll report to VP/Promotion Bob Reeves. He replaces Glenn Noblit, who left the label late last month (CAT 7/30). He's currently based in Denver, starts Sept. 7 and will be reachable here on that date.
