Fram In, Frank Departs At CMT: Rock radio vet Leslie Fram has been named SVP/Music Strategy at CMT, replacing Jay Frank, who is launching his own digital music endeavor. Fram's background includes Top 40 radio in Mobile, AL, Alternative WNNX/Atlanta and, most recently, as PD/morning host for Rock WRXP/New York. She will relocate to Nashville, starts Sept. 1 and reports to CMT President Brian Philips.
