Bits & Pieces: Lainey Wilson is the first country artist participating in Audacy's new album release feature, On The Record. On Aug. 25 at 7pm local times, Audacy Country stations and the company's app will air the feature, with Wilson playing songs from her new album, Whirlwind, and sharing the stories behind them. The show culminates Audacy's “Whirlwind Weekend," in which its Country brands will deliver specialty content, including an Aug. 23 live album release party hosted by KSON/San Diego at 10pm (ET). Marty Stuart's collection of more than 22,000 country music artifacts has been added to the permanent archives of Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The donation was celebrated yesterday (8/20) with a ceremony at the museum featuring performances from Stuart, Chris Stapleton, Vince Gill, Chapel Hart, Charlie Worsham and Shawn Camp playing vintage instruments from Stuart's collection.
