Vaughn Departs: Magnolia Music Group National Dir./Radio & Streaming Ray Vaughn has departed the label he joined earlier this year (CAT 4/1). The Austin-based Vaughn was previously Quartz Hill Dir./Promotion, and prior to that was Warner/WAR Mgr./Southwest Radio & Streaming Promotion.
