Thomas Says Aloha To Mālama Media Group
Hawaii 2.0: Former Ohana Broadcasting Honolulu VP/Programming Rick Thomas has returned to the market in the newly created role of SVP/Programming for Mālama Media Group, overseeing its six-station cluster, including KHCM. Thomas most recently was cluster Brand Mgr. for Beasley/Tampa and WQYK PD until his June 1 departure (Breaking News 5/19). Prior stops include serving as national format leader for Top 40, AC and Hot AC at SummitMedia, VP/Programming for Max Media/Denver, OM for Cox/Tampa and programming roles for CBS in both New York and Los Angeles.
