Up'd Chuck: Veteran radio exec Chuck Fredrick has joined Cumulus/Indianapolis as VP/MM, succeeding Tom Stemlar, who has left the company. The cluster includes Country WFMS. "Grateful to [President/CEO] Mary Berner and [EVP/Operations] Dave Milner for giving me the opportunity to do what I love to do," says Fredrick. "I am especially excited about joining and partnering with the Indianapolis team." Fredrick joins after 18 years with iHeartMedia/Clear Channel, stationed most recently in Cincinnati.
