They succeed JR and Ivey Lee, who departed in June (CAT 7/22). "With a name like Chappy, you just know this guy will be infectious," says PD Paul "Uncle Pauly" McDaniel. "I was able to grab Lisa away from the competition in Charlottesville many years ago, and she had me hooked within minutes of our first coffee meeting."
