Flip In: WIBG LLC WWAC-AM/Atlantic City, NJ flipped from Oldies to Country as "Hot Country 101" this morning (9/1). The station is also heard on two FM translators, W267BP and W270CV. According to the station's website, "Our music selection [...] is a perfect blend of today's hottest tracks and the timeless gems of the 1990s and 2000s." Sister Classic Hits WIBG afternoon host Chris Nagle is handling programming for the station, which is carrrying Westwood One's Hot Country format. The move puts WWAC-AM in competition with Townsquare WPUR, which led the market as its sole Country outlet with a 7.8 share – its largest in a decade – in the Nielsen Audio Spring 2023 survey (CAT 8/1).
