Spokane Word: Spokane Television KXLY/Spokane, WA MD/afternoon personality Tim Cotter will join crosstown Stephens KDRK as PD effective Sept. 21. KRDK Asst. OM/PD/APD/MD/morning host Jamie Patrick remains but relinquishes PD chores. Cotter has been with KXLY since Dec. 2008, and Patrick has been with the Stephens cluster for more than two decades.
