Chronicle: Longtime promotion vet Rick Rockhill has died. Nicknamed "Rocket," his career included stops at MCA, Curb, Capricorn, DreamWorks, Edgehill Music & Media, Tandem Promotions, Godwin Distributing and Bang Records.
